Louise R Forrester is Chairman
of the firm's Advisory Board. She was a Managing Director at Bear
Stearns (global investment bank). More recently she was Director of
Legal and Compliance for Europe at BGC Partners. Louise qualified as a
lawyer in 1992, and is highly experienced in financial
markets, legal and regulatory issues, corporate governance and risk
management.
